Santiago Colombo Migliorero is a distinguished artist who studied Fine Arts and Sculpture at the National University of La Plata (UNLP), graduating with the highest distinction for his academic performance. He further honed his skills by obtaining a Master of Arts from the Círculo de Bellas Artes de Madrid, supported by a scholarship.
Santiago has exhibited his work in prominent venues, including the Kirchner Cultural Center in Buenos Aires, Alcalá 31 in Madrid, the Artium Museum in the Basque Country, and the Museum of Contemporary Art of Alicante, among others. In 2023, he was awarded the First Prize in the Sculpture category at the 111 National Hall of Visual Arts, showcasing his work at the Kirchner Cultural Center.
His artistic journey has included numerous residencies, such as IRUDIKA in La Maison des Auteurs in France, Fundación Bilbao Arte in Bilbao, and Casa Intermitente in Argentina. Since 2022, he has been part of the staff at Proyector Madrid, contributing to the art community. Santiago's work has been recognized with various awards, including the Stimulus Award in Sculpture/Object by the FNA and multiple prizes at visual art contests.
Over the years, he has participated in exhibitions across Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Spain, Germany, the US, Poland, and the UK, showcasing his innovative artworks in notable festivals and biennials, including Art Basel Buenos Aires, BAFICI, and the Moving Image Biennial.
