Peter Moosgaard's series of works explores the archaeological concept of OOPART, which stands for Out-Of-Place Artifact. This term describes strange objects found in contexts that contradict known historical data. These artifacts often become the subject of controversy, as they may indicate the existence of technologies at times when such advancements seemingly could not have existed. The installation features stones resembling spaceships, mysterious Egyptian batteries, or UFOs in medieval paintings, along with jewelry inspired by neuro-implants. These artifacts often spark debates, as they can point to the existence of technologies during periods when such achievements appeared impossible. Although many of these objects are debunked as forgeries, Peter's works within an artistic context become an intriguing puzzle that challenges scientific narratives and provokes a new reconsideration of the past. Peter opens up new possible timelines and presents worlds that could have existed or may still emerge.
